RETURN & REFUND POLICY

TEEHUB ACTIVE WEARS

We offer refund or exchange within the first 7 – 10 Working  days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

i. The purchased item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.
ii. The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
iii. Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers may not be eligible for return or exchange.
iv. Only items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered are eligible for replacement or refund, subject to verification.

You agree that certain categories of products may be exempted from returns or refunds, including but not limited to customized or made-to-order items. Such exemptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

For approved return or exchange requests, once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your request. If approved after quality inspection, the return or exchange will be processed in accordance with our policies.
